Official social media accounts for the virtual League of Legends group K/DA have been updated for the first time in six years. The accounts, which previously went dark following the 2020 release of the All Out EP, have cleared their post history and updated their profile imagery to include hot pink and magenta flames.

The updated banners still feature the original quartet of Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai'Sa alongside guest artist Seraphine. While Riot Games has not confirmed any official plans, fans are speculating about a potential return, bolstered by earlier datamined leaks regarding a "Firestarter" skin concept and a new song registration found in the ASCAP Repertory.

Uncertainty remains regarding the group's lineup, as a return would require the availability of vocalists Madison Beer, Soyeon, Miyeon, and Jaira Burns. Madison Beer recently noted during her Locket tour that while she would love to return, the decision is not entirely within her control, citing a past conversation about a potential project that did not materialize.

Some fans have speculated that the new imagery might relate to a collaboration with Fortnite, though others look toward the ongoing League of Legends World Championship. Given that K/DA debuted at the 2018 tournament, observers suggest further information could emerge before the Grand Final scheduled for November 14.
