Sega has officially unveiled a new Brazil-themed map for the upcoming driving action title, Crazy Taxi: World Tour. This new location is set to be playable within the game's story mode and other content offerings when the title launches in 2027.
The Brazil map captures the essence of the nation by featuring iconic landmarks such as world-renowned waterfalls, unique rock formations, vibrant historic streets, and expansive beaches. Players will also encounter real-world partner locations integrated into the environment, including Fogo de Chão, Habib's, Blue Tree Hotels, and DAISO.
The game represents a significant evolution of the series, emphasizing high-speed driving and stunts. Beyond the story mode, which follows the protagonist Axel across global cities, the title supports online multiplayer for up to 6 players in both cooperative and competitive modes.
Crazy Taxi: World Tour is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2. Interested players can currently add the game to their wishlists on most digital storefronts, though the Nintendo Switch 2 page is slated to open at a later date.
