Battlefield Studios has officially commenced Season 5 for Battlefield 6 and Battlefield Hazard Zone. This update introduces the first phase, titled Siege of Las Vegas, which brings two fresh maps to the game: Las Vegas Strip and Area 51.
The update also debuts a new mode for Hazard Zone called Fast Battle Royale. This variation features a faster pace and a reduced player count, though the core objective remains for squads to be the last ones standing. Players can utilize redeployment tokens earned by defeating enemies to return to the action.
Beyond the current content, the developers announced a limited-time Dead Space themed event. Scheduled to run from October 20 to November 7, this event will feature environments inspired by the 2023 remake of the horror title.
Participants in the upcoming Dead Space event will have the opportunity to unlock exclusive cosmetic items. This collaboration aims to integrate familiar aesthetic elements from the source material into the existing Battlefield experience.
