As of October 12, the simulation game Tiny Bookshop is available on Steam at its lowest price to date. Developed by neoludic games and published by Skystone Games and 2P Games, the title is currently discounted by 35%, bringing the price down from 2499 yen to 1624 yen.
In this game, players manage a mobile bookstore in the seaside town of Bookstonbury. The core gameplay involves selecting books from seven different genres to display at various locations. Because the customer base shifts depending on where the shop is parked, players must adapt their inventory to meet the specific needs of local residents.
The experience includes recommending books to customers and helping them broaden their literary horizons. Notably, most of the books featured are real-world works, including famous manga and classic literature. Players can also customize their shop's interior with various decorations, such as plants or candles, which provide unique promotional effects and unlock new features.
Beyond retail management, players can explore the town of Bookstonbury to collect items and stamps. Exploration also allows players to uncover the mysteries of the Bookston district and investigate the identity of a figure known as Saint Bookston.
