IzanagiGames announced on October 9, 2026, that the Steam version of AKIBA LOST will officially launch on October 21. This release follows a previous delay for the PC platform.
Marketed as a long-form live-action multi-angle suspense game, the title previously arrived on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on September 17.
To express gratitude and apologize for the delay, the developer increased the launch sale discount for the Steam version from 10 percent to 20 percent for a two-week period.
The update adds 200 buddy character stills to the gallery and includes digital wallpapers featuring pixel art characters. These features are also planned for the console versions on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
