Publisher PLAYISM and developer Heaviside Creations have announced Dyping Working: 作業監視ゲーム, a horror-themed productivity adventure game. The title is scheduled for release on PC via Steam in 2027.
As a spin-off of the Dyping series, the game forces players to sign a contract accepting constant surveillance. An eerie eyeball monitors mouse movements and tab switching to prevent procrastination, promising harsh penalties for those who slack off during work sessions.
The software includes a Pomodoro-style timer and over 10 original music tracks. Players can customize the appearance of the eyeball and a recurring cat character. Additionally, the game features dialogue sequences where the eyeball may react in cold or unexpected ways.
By continuing to work, players uncover the eyeball's origins and the history of bloody experiments. This narrative progression alters the relationship between the player and the entity. The previous entry, Dyping Escape, currently holds a Very Positive rating on Steam.
