Hololive production announced a collaboration with the American TRPG show Critical Role titled Shattered Legends. The series is scheduled to premiere in mid-November 2026 on platforms including YouTube.
The game will utilize the Daggerheart system, which features Hope and Fear mechanics to drive narrative progression. Players will use cards representing character backgrounds and abilities to enhance roleplay. Notably, the adventures within this series will be officially integrated into the Exandria setting, serving as a new chapter in the Critical Role canon.
Matthew Mercer, a core member of Critical Role, will serve as the Game Master. He will be joined by Marisha Ray and four Hololive English VTubers: Mori Calliope, Nerissa Ravencroft, Shiori Novella, and Gigi Murin. The participants will portray specific characters, such as Nerissa Ravencroft as Siliun Faell and Shiori Novella as Marchen Rosemyne.
The project follows a series of teasers that began on September 30. Additional content, including character creation details and post-episode discussions, will be available through YouTube membership services on Nerissa Ravencroft's channel.
