Developer Ratata Arts and publisher Game Source Entertainment announced the official release of the rhythm roguelike action game RATATAN on the 15th. Players lead characters known as Ratatan alongside their companions, the Cobun, navigating unknown worlds through musical rhythm-based commands.
The Version 1.0 launch introduces significant content, including new chapters and the final world featuring powerful bosses to conclude the story. Additionally, all rival Dark Ratatans have been added to the game, promising more intense combat encounters for players.
To improve the overall experience, the development team implemented various adjustments, feature additions, and bug fixes. The team expressed gratitude to fans and Kickstarter backers for their support during the development process, which spanned approximately one year since the early access phase.
RATATAN is available on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game supports multiple languages, including Traditional and Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
