Developer QueseraGames has officially released the full version of Nientum - Op.ZERO, a musical rhythm adventure game previously available in Steam Early Access. The title follows two girls, Liora and Aleph, who awaken in a forgotten theater to stage performances. Their journey, inspired by folklore like Cinderella and the Wizard of Oz, culminates in a finale influenced by player choices.

The gameplay utilizes a simple two-key control scheme, requiring players to hit notes in time with the music while navigating backstage. The production features full Japanese voice acting, with Chika Anzai as Aleph, Yuki Takada as Liora, and Takehito Koyasu as Mordred. The soundtrack includes contributions from 20 artists, such as Sakuzyo, Team Grimoire, and Tatsh.

The official release completes the story mode with the addition of chapters 6 through 10, bringing the total main story playtime to over 12 hours. New features include a collection mode for viewing gathered items, Hard difficulty settings for story tracks, and scene skipping. The game has garnered significant acclaim, holding a 98% positive rating from 160 Steam user reviews.

Nientum - Op.ZERO is available on PC via Steam for 2,200 yen, with a 20% discount to 1,760 yen until October 28. An Android version is also available, offering the introductory chapters for free. The project was previously recognized as one of the SELECTED INDIE 80 at Tokyo Game Show 2026.
