King has officially brought back its annual Halloween event, Spooky Season, to Candy Crush Saga. The limited-time festivities are available to players starting today and will run until November 8th.
This year introduces a fresh Saga Adventure featuring the return of Jellynauts. Players must navigate a new Spooky Season Expedition to rescue trapped friends and eventually save Mr Toffee, who utilizes an anti-Jellynaut sprayer to clear the board.
Gameplay mechanics now include Jellynauts acting as blockers, while gumball machines function as glowing green jelly repellers. Participants can earn rewards through a three-stage tournament, which includes Qualifiers on October 22, Knockouts on October 27, and Finals on October 31.
Beyond the tournament, the event offers a fully themed experience featuring collectible Seasonal Pins and a Spooky Season Pass. Players can accumulate Striped Candies to secure Gold Bars and unlock various milestones throughout the duration of the event.
