The League of Legends Pacific Championship Series (LCP) 2026 Promotion and Relegation tournament is scheduled to take place from November 10 to November 13 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Official announcements confirm that Ground Zero Gaming and DetonatioN FocusMe must defend their LCP spots against teams qualifying from regional leagues and the wildcard playoffs.
The competition will be held at the VPS Arena, with support from partners including VPStudio, ROG, and Bánh Mì PewPew. The event features two distinct paths for qualification. Ground Zero Gaming will face FRANK Esports in a best-of-five series for a regional advantage spot. Meanwhile, four other teams will compete in a best-of-five single-elimination bracket, with the winner challenging DetonatioN FocusMe for a spot in the 2027 season.
Officials emphasized that while future seasons will offer direct promotion paths for regional teams, this tournament remains vital. Success in these matches grants teams entry into the 2027 LCP, which includes access to regional GRP revenue sharing for additional financial support.
Tickets for the event have been available since October 15, 2026. Fans unable to attend in person can watch the matches via official broadcasts on YouTube and TikTok, with coverage provided in multiple languages including Traditional Chinese, English, Vietnamese, Japanese, and Thai.
