The multiplayer survival RPG Hytale has released its Out of the Breach update. This content drop introduces several new abilities, items, and the game's inaugural hand-crafted dungeon featuring a multi-phase boss encounter.
Players can initiate Chapter I content at the Forgotten Temple, leading to the Goblin Lab. The update includes access to a goblin breach for gathering materials in the Guttering Hollows biome, as well as a new dungeon where players must defeat the Feastmaster and the multi-phase Gobliterator bosses.
New equipment and customization options are available, including seven ability runestones, goblin-themed cosmetics, and various gadgets. The patch notes suggest additional secrets remain for players to uncover within the new chapter.
The update adds two minigames, Shuffle Jam and Prop Hunt, alongside numerous gameplay adjustments. Additionally, owners of the $70 Cursebreaker edition now receive a standard edition copy to gift to friends upon the release of each new chapter.
