Activision has announced that the upcoming first-person shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be playable prior to its launch at Brasil Game Show 2026, scheduled to take place from October 9 to 12, 2026, in São Paulo, Brazil. The game is slated for release on October 23 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, with the event marking the first opportunity for general users in Latin America to experience the title.
Developed by Infinity Ward, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 represents the latest entry in the franchise and serves as the first title in the series to support the Nintendo Switch 2. The title will also be featured with playable stations at the event's Nintendo booth.
The presence at BGS 2026 is organized in partnership with Monster Energy. The Monster Arena Freeplay area will feature 36 PlayStation units for general attendees to play the game freely, while the Monster Arena Pro section will host 6v6 knockout tournaments for 12 players, offering limited Monster merchandise as prizes for the winners.
