Gino Inc. has released a Steam demo for its upcoming 3D action roguelite, Bless You Again. The title features a distinct cel-shaded aesthetic and fully voiced cutscenes, following the protagonist Lily as she explores dungeons to locate the Philosopher's Stone.
Combat centers on a hybrid system of melee strikes and magic. Players can utilize Lily’s staff to generate MP through physical hits, which is then consumed to unleash high-damage spells. The demo allows players to control either Lily or the earth spirit Yor, with each character offering unique combat styles, such as Yor’s wide-reaching but slower hammer attacks.
The game incorporates roguelite mechanics where players select one of three random upgrades, known as blessings, upon leveling up or opening chests. These enhancements range from basic stat boosts to rare abilities that can create powerful combat synergies. However, these blessings are lost upon defeat.
The current demo represents approximately 5% of the main story and 30% of the final game systems. While the full version is scheduled for release in 2026, players can currently use the Memoria system to permanently improve stats using points gathered during dungeon runs.
