Bushiroad and Frontwing Lab released a playable demo for the school ensemble adventure game This Dis Discussion on Steam on October 6, 2026. The full commercial release is scheduled for early 2027 on PC via Steam, DMM GAMES, and DLsite, as well as on the Nintendo Switch.
The title adapts stage productions like Naigen and Isa, Seitosokai by Tomisaka Tomo of Agarisk Entertainment. It is set at Konodai High School, a model of a real-life high school, and focuses on student debates, conflicts, and underlying motives.
The plot starts when charismatic student council president Sakurai Risa proposes making school uniforms optional. Vice president and protagonist Hiyama Ryo wants to see upperclassmen in uniforms, while secretary Hasumi Ai harbors feelings for him, and Sakakibara Tsubasa hides a secret as characters clash during the student general assembly.
Additionally, the content-limited meeting for deciding cultural festival exhibits features class representatives deflecting unwanted events using various rationalizations and sophistry. The game features scenario writing by Kuwashima Yuichi and Asou Eiki, with character designs and original artwork by Fujima Takuya.
The trial version available today lets players experience a portion of the early game. Furthermore, an autograph giveaway campaign featuring voice actor signatures is being held on the official X account.
