Independent developer Jin Hwi-eus released the life simulation game 80 Billionth on October 5. The browser-based title allows players to experience a life from birth to death based on statistical data from 141 countries.

Players cannot choose their birthplace, parents, or economic status, as these are determined randomly. Throughout the simulation, users make decisions regarding education, career, and relationships, which impact tracked metrics like health, happiness, knowledge, and social connections.

The game presents diverse realities, ranging from simple childhood requests to severe challenges like child marriage or conflict. Players can also observe the lives of four others born at the same second, compare different life paths, and utilize an automated decision feature.

Users on X have shared emotional reactions, with some reporting they cried upon their character's death or questioned the nature of happiness. The beta version is currently available for free in Japanese, though it is intended for players aged 15 and older due to themes of death, illness, and violence.
