The Pokemon x Kogei exhibition, featuring approximately 100 works, will be held at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taipei from February 8 to May 2, 2027. Organized by Florence Art and curated by the National Crafts Museum of Japan, this event marks the first time the collection is displayed in Asia outside of Japan.

Twenty Japanese craft artists utilized diverse techniques, including metalwork, ceramics, and dyeing, to interpret Pokemon. Notable pieces include a nearly 2-meter-long Mewtwo by metal artist Taiichiro Yoshida, a detailed Venusaur by ceramicist Kanemasa Imai, and a dynamic Gyarados by Haruo Mitsuta. Reiko Sudo also contributed a large-scale installation titled Pikachu's Forest.

The exhibition is divided into three sections exploring Pokemon through their forms, game narratives, and daily life applications. Artists researched the Pokedex and gameplay to inform their creations, drawing parallels between the elements used in crafts—such as earth, fire, and metal—and the elemental attributes of the creatures themselves.

Advance tickets are available for 350 TWD, while on-site tickets cost 450 TWD. Visitors must select a specific date for their visit. The venue will also feature a shop selling exclusive merchandise and exhibition catalogs.
