Team Tidebound has officially announced its return to professional Dota 2, ending a 10-month hiatus that began following their seventh-eighth place finish at The International 2025 in December 2025. The organization confirmed the news via its Weibo account.

The new roster features four returning members from the TI 2025 squad: carry Xuanang “Shiro” Guo, mid laner Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang, and supports Hao “plAnet” Lin and Yiping “y`” Zhang. Veteran offlaner Haiyang “Yang” Zhou joins the group to complete the lineup, while Ning “xiao8” Zhang will serve as the team's coach.

This formation follows significant roster changes after TI 2026. Players arrive from various organizations, including Xtreme Gaming, Vici Gaming, and Team Resilience, following their respective departures or team dissolutions earlier this year. Yang previously competed for Team Refuser.

As teams reorganize for the 2026-2027 season, Tidebound's return marks a notable shift in the competitive landscape. The organization has yet to confirm the specific tournament where this new lineup will make its competitive debut.
