Microsoft has officially unveiled the XBOX Nano Controller, a new peripheral designed with a significantly reduced form factor. This model aims to improve portability and cater specifically to younger players, individuals with smaller hands, or users who frequently game while traveling.
Despite its compact size, which is described as smaller and lighter than most mobile phones, the device retains the standard 18-button layout. It features a rechargeable battery and includes a customizable button that allows users to capture screenshots, record video clips, or trigger other quick shortcuts.
The controller supports versatile connectivity options, utilizing both XBOX Wireless and Bluetooth protocols to ensure compatibility across a wide range of different devices.
The XBOX Nano Controller is scheduled for a retail launch this November, with Portugal and Brazil confirmed among the initial regions to receive the product. Pre-orders are currently open, with the device priced at 49,99€.
