British fashion and culture publication LOVE Magazine has dedicated its latest cover to Grand Theft Auto VI, releasing a report featuring previously unseen images of protagonists Jason and Lucia alongside various locations across Vice City and Leonida.
Rockstar Games aims to portray Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos as a credible, vulnerable, and imperfect couple rather than mere criminal partners, drawing comparisons to a modern Bonnie and Clyde narrative. Writer Elizabeth Galvey-Kern noted that the characters are designed to learn from one another, with Lucia aspiring for a better life and Jason often driven by surrounding circumstances.
Senior vice president of narrative Rupert Humphries explained that the title explores a contemporary take on the American dream centered around grounded aspirations like paying debts and supporting family, utilizing Miami and the south of Florida to highlight tension between wealth and precarity.
Published by Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, arriving over thirteen years after Grand Theft Auto V. An official PC version has not been announced.
