Monochrome Corp and Good Smile Company have revealed Dawngazer, an action RPG that launches a brand-new intellectual property titled IgniSphere. Development is spearheaded by IgniSphere Studio under the direction of Vanillaware veteran Takafumi Noma, who previously directed Unicorn Overlord.
Creator Takafumi Noma intends to apply his hands-on philosophy to shape an immersive universe encompassing multiple races and nations. Music composition is led by Yoshimi Kudo, known for Elden Ring and Unicorn Overlord, featuring vocal work and coordination by KOCHO.
While specific game details remain limited during early production, an official teaser trailer is currently accessible for fans. The newly established project will also expand into diverse media platforms beyond gaming as development progresses.
The title is scheduled to arrive in 2028 across PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5 systems. Language options will include English, Japanese, and both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
