Installation

  1. Close the game and back up saves and your current mod configuration.
  2. Install tModLoader as a separate Steam app.
  3. Match its documented branch to the versions of your chosen mods.
  4. Install and enable mods using tModLoader’s Mod Browser / Workshop.

Removal · recovery

  1. Disable mods in tModLoader.
  2. When returning to base Terraria, use backed-up vanilla worlds and characters.
