Call of Duty official online-services and connection reference

Check Activision’s Online Services page for the exact game and platform when login or multiplayer stops working. A network symptom alone does not establish that your installation is damaged.

Installation

  1. Select your exact game and platform on the official service-status page.
  2. Record the error code and check whether the publisher reports an incident.
  3. If services are available, restart the game and follow the support instructions for your platform.

Removal · recovery

  1. Undo only network or launcher settings that you changed, using your earlier notes.
  2. If an incident is reported, wait for the publisher update before attempting a reinstall.
