Developer poncle has officially announced that Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard will launch for iOS and Android devices on October 12. This mobile release follows the game's existing availability on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch, as well as its inclusion in Xbox Game Pass.
The update introduces new gameplay mechanics, including the Karoma’s Mana card. This purple card features a base cost of one Mana to switch a card, which is then refunded. It also utilizes the Adaptability mechanic, which adjusts the card's cost based on the previous card added to a player's Combo chain.
Additionally, the developers detailed the Chair Game Arcana. This tool is intended for situations where a player's hand cannot continue an active chain. Once per turn, it allows players to switch up to four cards, discarding dead ends to draw replacements. This process can trigger Afterlife and Scavenge effects, potentially salvaging a failing chain.
Players can expect these features as part of the Death Parade content. The developers noted that new mechanics are designed to be togglable across all stages, allowing users to choose whether to incorporate them into their playstyle.
