Key information
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is scheduled to launch on October 23, bringing with it the DMZ extraction shooter mode alongside the campaign and multiplayer modes. The game is already available for pre-order on PlayStation 5.
The Forward Operating Base serves as the central command hub in DMZ for managing progression, preparing loadouts, and planning deployments across Hajin. Initially featuring stations like operators, DMZ orders, stash and armory, and a firing range, the base evolves as players complete operations.
As players continue successful deployments, they can unlock additional stations including a 3D printer, gunsmith, vendor, bounty board, boss board, dog tag cases, and a dedicated DMZ progression tracker ranging from level 1 to level 70.
Players can choose from three deployment options consisting of story missions, dynamic operations, and free exploration. To maximize experience and rewards, players are advised to prioritize missions, hunt bosses and lieutenants, loot constantly, and aim for a rank S or higher on their deployment mission report.
