Statera Studio, known for Pocket Bravery, has launched a free Steam playable demo for their new action Roguelite title, Spirits of the Garden. The trial version lets players experience environmental elements and a glimpse of the narrative.
The game features a combo mechanic built upon the developer's fighting game background. By spending points from a cancellation meter, players can seamlessly link any attack into alternative actions such as dashes, jumps, or special moves.
Players control four revived flower princesses named Rose, Iris, Solaris, and Eunice, each featuring distinct playstyles and restricted combos. Additionally, users can enlist support characters and fight alongside floral partners called babies.
Console versions are also planned for release. Store pages for PlayStation and Xbox are currently live, and development is underway for Nintendo platforms as well.
