Key information
Wild Dog released the early access version of the PC title Japanese Ramen Simulator on Steam on October 9, 2026. The launch was previously delayed from its original September 28 target due to the title failing to pass Steam's pre-release review process in time.
The game is a management simulation supporting up to six players. Participants prepare ingredients, boil noodles, and arrange toppings to create custom ramen dishes. The menu also extends to items like gyoza and beer, with options for players to develop their own original recipes.
In online cooperative mode, players divide tasks such as preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning to handle incoming orders. Solo players can manage the shop at their own pace by hiring part-time staff. The gameplay includes challenges like dealing with ramen critics, thieves, and fires.
The delay allowed for system updates and new content, including tantanmen, chives, and staff who handle dish collection and washing. The game costs 1900 yen, though a launch sale offers a 15 percent discount until October 24, bringing the price to 1615 yen.
