Key information
The fifth expansion set for the Riftbound trading card game, titled Radiance, is scheduled to launch later this month. This update introduces nine new Legends, Equipment Units, Bomb tokens, and the game's first neutral domain Champion Unit, Neeko.
Radiance emphasizes creative performance through three new keywords: Deploy, Show Off, and Disarm. These mechanics aim to reward players for executing significant maneuvers during gameplay.
A new Uncommon card, Burn Away, was revealed for the Order Rune domain. This 3-cost card allows players to banish a gear or a unit with 3 strength or less, while also burning two cards from the top of their deck into the trash.
The expansion officially releases on October 23. Players can participate in Pre-Rift events at local game stores between October 16 and October 22 to experience the new content ahead of the full launch.
