Ghost of Yōtei Edición Completa is now available on PS5 one year after the original game's launch. The new complete edition includes the main story campaign, the Ghost of Yōtei Legends multiplayer mode, the narrative expansion titled Ecos de Sekigahara, and a roguelike mode named Más buscado. The storyline spans both the present and flashbacks depicting Atsu's time on the mainland.
To celebrate the game's first anniversary and the release of the Complete Edition, voice actor Erika Ishii reflected on the role in a PlayStation Blog interview. Ishii noted there was at least a couple of months between wrapping the main campaign and returning to record material for the expansion, during which time the actor kept in touch with writer Courtney Woods to discuss character arcs and personal bonds.
The actor also recorded new lines for the Más buscado roguelike mode, which features a non-canonical, mystical tone and the return of Jin, voiced by Daisaku Tsuji. Ishii recalled chatting with Tsuji in Los Angeles prior to the game's release, expressing gratitude for picking up the mantle of the Ghost.
