Actor Christopher Abbott is set to join the Marvel Studios cinematic universe in the upcoming "X-Men" film, but he previously had the opportunity to participate in a Marvel superhero movie with "Kraven the Hunter". According to Abbott, he realized almost immediately that the film was not good.
Speaking on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Abbott admitted he did not know what he was doing in the project. He stated that he did not even understand the superpowers involved, noting he was unsure what would happen when he took off his glasses and felt that nobody had a good answer.
Abbott described the project as something he has buried deep down, referring to the experience as a learning curve. He felt confused about his role and what was happening on set, sensing from the start that the production was going to be a bad movie.
