Key information
The Ruins and Reverberations quest in Arc Raiders tasks players with visiting the Pendola Pass map. To begin, participants must possess a Spotter Relay, an item that can be obtained by locating and defeating Bombardiers, which are often found wandering near the quest area.
Upon arriving at the Cielo Sereno Observatory located in the northeastern section of Pendola Pass, players must navigate to the eastern side of the building. A yellow ladder provides access to the roof, where the Spotter Relay must be used on the antenna situated on the western side.
Following the initial interaction, the objective updates to require a power redirection. Players must enter the observatory by dropping through a hole in the roof, then proceed through a second opening in the floor to reach the crawlspace located beneath the control room.
Once inside the crawlspace, the player is required to weld wires to successfully redirect power. After completing this task, the final step involves returning to the antenna to activate the Spotter Relay once more.
