Tecwind will release the new AKRacing BISHU gaming and lifestyle chair on October 8. The standard model is priced at 79,800 yen, while the pre-assembled model costs 94,800 yen.
The chair is based on the Premium series office model from AKRacing, inheriting features such as seat tilt, full flat reclining, and a large headrest. It is upholstered in 100% cotton woven in the Bishu region, known as one of the world's top three textile-producing areas spanning from Ichinomiya, Aichi Prefecture to western Gifu.
Designed with a subtle stripe pattern combining blue, navy, gray, and beige, the chair aims to blend naturally into living rooms, studies, and gaming setups with a Scandinavian-inspired look. Additionally, application is underway for the product to be registered as a return gift for the hometown tax program in Ichinomiya City.
