Publisher Shiravune has announced plans to release the Traditional Chinese version of the visual novel Ambitious Mission on Steam, launching the game's official Steam store page.
Developed by Japanese bishoujo game developer SAGA PLANETS, the phantom thief-themed title centers on a legend stating that gathering 12 stars known as Ambitions grants any desire. The story follows protagonist Mikage Nezu, who discovers that the phantom thief Lady Arti is actually his classmate, the wealthy heiress Kaguya Arisuse.
To keep her identity hidden, Kaguya attempts to recruit Mikage into her phantom thief club. When Mikage's childhood orphanage faces a crisis, Lady Arti intervenes to save it, prompting Mikage to join forces with her as the phantom thief Midnight.
The game features full Japanese voice acting, multi-language display, and various bonus functions including CG, scene, music, video, and voice galleries. Originally, the title received the Player's Choice Award at the 2022 Moe Game Awards and placed in multiple categories in the Getchu.com Bishoujo Game Awards 2022.
