Independent game developer Binary Lunar has announced that its upcoming room escape puzzle game, Gaze Whispers, is scheduled to launch on the Steam platform in November. A playable demo is currently available for players to experience.
Gaze Whispers is a horror puzzle title that combines microphone interaction with anomaly monitoring. Trapped inside a closed room, players must keep their gaze fixed on a mysterious magic sphere to monitor various rooms in real time and catch subtle, unsettling environment changes before anomalies turn into deadly threats.
The player's voice serves as their only weapon in this tense survival challenge. When paranormal events occur, players must quickly spot the anomaly, accurately copy specific secret symbols, and clearly speak incantations into a microphone to perform banishing spells. Real-world sounds are actively monitored by the demons lurking in the dark, requiring precise pronunciation to maintain the seal on a cracking cursed mirror, complete the exorcism ritual, and face the final mastermind.
