Key information
Nintendo Switch Online subscribers who pay for the Expansion Pass gain access to a selection of Sega Genesis titles, though many prominent games from the platform's extensive library remain unavailable.
Interplay's gross-out platformer Boogerman: A Pick and Flick Adventure spans over 20 levels and was previously released on the Virtual Console in 2008, while the Genesis brawler sequel Splatterhouse 2 also appeared on the Virtual Console and the Genesis Mini 2.
Other notable omissions include Championship Pro-Am, the multi-stage arcade shooter port Forgotten Worlds, the four-player strategic title General Chaos, and Namco's vertically-scrolling shooter Phelios, which arrived on Genesis in 1990.
The list further features Ecco: The Tides of Time, the 6-button controller utilizing Ranger-X, the Europe-exclusive Genesis release Super Skidmarks published by Codemasters in 1995, and the clay-based fighting game ClayFighter.
