NCsoft applied the Golden Desert Abella update to Lineage Remastered on October 7. The core highlights are the thirteenth class, the Moon Shadow Assassin, the new territory Abella, and a specialized server with adjusted leveling conditions. The Moon Shadow Assassin is introduced as a highly mobile ranged assassin using chakrams.
Dual Action is a system that splits a single skill into main and sub-actions, allowing the player to choose the execution timing of the second action. Ark Shift uses a two-stage position change, and Moon Snare is presented as an example of detonating a placed trap at the desired moment.
Abella territory consists of leveling and survival-enhanced hunting zones, along with time-limited and reward-growth dungeons. Players can collect three types of regional sacred stones to craft treasure pouches. The specialized server applies a level 99 cap and experience point support, while also offering a method to permanently convert event gear into medals.
Episode coupons can be claimed by server until the maintenance on December 16. They include growth rewards such as an experience elixir cube provided for 60 days from the date of use. The separately announced Clash Infinite Battle is scheduled to be added in the fourth quarter of this year, distinguishing it from the content already opened in this update.
