Developer Bunnyhop has unveiled Brick Buddies, a new cooperative building game currently in development for PC via Steam. The title is scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The game supports up to four players who work together to assemble block-based models. Players begin by opening virtual bags of parts and searching through a workbench to fill silhouettes, mimicking the experience of physical block toys.
Brick Buddies features 33 distinct models across 11 themes, ranging from rural houses to pirate ships and retro game consoles. These projects utilize over 6000 individual blocks. Once construction is complete, players can add stickers or interact with moving elements like doors and curtains.
Beyond the building mechanics, the game incorporates narrative elements. Completing models within a specific theme gradually reveals heartwarming stories, allowing players to collect and explore the lore hidden within these small, detailed worlds.
