PlayStation.Blog Spain has officially announced that God of War Laufey is scheduled to launch exclusively on PlayStation 5 on February 16, 2027. Ahead of the release, the official pre-order period begins tomorrow, September 29, at 10:00 local time.
Players who pre-order any copy of God of War Laufey before launch will receive the Last Wish armor set and the Golden Blades appearance cosmetic for Phranque. For physical Standard Edition copies, these pre-order extras are provided via a download code, which requires an internet connection and a PlayStation account.
Additionally, the Digital Deluxe Edition of God of War Laufey has been detailed. It includes the Dark Alchemy armor set, Dark Alchemy bow graduations, a Dark Alchemy catalyst, and the official digital soundtrack for the game.
The announcement also showcased Faye's new weapon in the Omnitiempo, the serpent bow, which features an enchanting shape-shifting serpent design capable of executing precise and fast attacks. Santa Monica Studio originally announced the title back in June.
