Lizard Smoothie developer announced that Shape of Dreams is now officially available on PlayStation 5, accompanied by the game's largest one-year update named Starless Road. Alongside the launch, a new promotional trailer was released to showcase deeper challenges waiting inside the shifting dream world known as the Torrent.
Shape of Dreams is an action Roguelite featuring fast-paced combat. Players choose from nine travelers with distinct fighting styles, weapons, and combat rhythms. Core combat building relies on memories and essences that can be combined with over two hundred variations to alter skill mechanics, cooldowns, and chain effects.
The Starless Road update introduces new equippable stars, six shared identity memories to break previous traveler frameworks, and a high-difficulty final boss alongside dangerous second-phase attacks for existing world bosses.
The release supports solo play or online co-op for up to four players with cross-play across platforms, bringing together enhancements refined alongside over one million five hundred thousand Steam players.
