Bandai Namco Entertainment unveiled a new gameplay trailer for Roger Jr. during the EVO France 2026 tournament held on October 11. The presentation also provided a brief look at the guest character Yujiro Hanma, who is scheduled to join the roster this winter.
Roger Jr. marks a return for the kangaroo duo after approximately 14 years, having last appeared in 2012's Tekken Tag Tournament 2. The character utilizes close-quarters combat and powerful throws to compensate for limited reach. Players can leverage new stances like the jumping-focused Astronaut and the versatile Rocket Stance to pressure opponents. The character's Rage Art features a comedic, high-impact sequence where the opponent is launched into the moon, causing it to shatter.
The trailer concluded with a preview of Yujiro Hanma, the fourth addition to Season 3. The 3D model captures the character's muscular physique and intense facial features, including a pose where he sits with his legs spread wide. While the character is known as the strongest creature on Earth from the Baki the Grappler series, specific combat mechanics and move details remain unannounced.
