Developer Polytan Games has launched a Steam demo for Pizzapoly, a restaurant management simulation game that supports up to four players in online cooperative play. The title, created by a two-person team based in Turkey, draws inspiration from the intense atmosphere experienced while assisting at a real-life pizza shop.
Gameplay involves crafting pizzas from scratch, starting with stretching the dough, applying sauce, adding toppings, and monitoring the oven. Players must manage various tasks including table service and packing orders for delivery. To succeed, the team must coordinate roles such as cooking, serving, and restocking inventory to handle busy shifts effectively.
A key mechanic includes delivering orders via scooter to customers across the city before time expires. The current demo allows users to experience pizza preparation, table service, online orders, scooter deliveries, and a portion of the upgrade system used to grow the business.
The full game is scheduled for an early access release on Steam soon, with an expected duration of approximately 9 to 12 months. During this period, the game will be priced lower than the final version. Future updates aim to introduce new districts, recipes, deeper management features, and the potential for multi-store operations.
